DRAFT FOR LEGAL REVIEW

What we hold: the details you give when you join (name, contact details, where you live, your chapter and how you would like to help), your event sign-ups, anything you post on the members' board, and a record of any pledge or contribution you make.

Why we hold it: to manage your membership, to tell you about meetings, events and appeals, and to keep the contribution records the law requires.

Who sees it: officers of your chapter and of the network, each limited to what their role needs. Every officer action on a member record is logged. Your contact details are never shown to other members. You appear in the members' directory only if you choose to.

Your choices: you can correct your details, stop emails, download a copy of your record, or withdraw your membership at any time from your profile. Contribution records are kept for as long as the law requires.

Contact: use the contact page to reach the data officer.
